Your Role
As a Social Media Manager at Facebook, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand and engage our user community. Your creativity and analytics skills will be essential as you work collaboratively with our marketing, PR, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and users' engagement levels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Identify and communicate with influencers and partners to amplify our content outreach.
- Conduct research and analyze competitors’ social media strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
